For the IT subsidiary of a large banking group:

- Controlling Project Manager to lead a task force: assessment of current management rules for the Borrower Insurance (ADE) scope / impact on Net Banking Income (NBI) of commissions received by institutions and identification of a target solution (features, deadlines, and associated costs).

For the retail bank of a large banking group:

- Project to reduce the time to onboard corporate clients.
