LJF Studio is a plant design studio that aims to enhance the brand image of companies through plantscaping and floral design projects. As a creative project manager, I am responsible for: 1/ managing artistic, marketing, merchandising, and plant scenography projects > monitoring about twenty projects per month > managing client relationships with major accounts (LVMH, Publicis..) > creative and commercial proposals > project budget setup and management > project profitability management > logistical and operational organization for project implementation 2/ Process optimization > research and selection of digital tools suitable for the company > integration of the Pipedrive CRM at all levels of the company and production chain (sales, operations, logistics, invoicing) + ZAPIER automation > creation of training to onboard employees to new practices > creation of a common digital structure for the entire company > creation of a recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
