As part of my self-employment, I regularly create and revise professional texts in German and English – including coaching concepts, proposal documents, project reports, presentations, and marketing materials. Quality assurance, linguistic consistency, and target group orientation are an integral part of my work.

Development and writing of teaching concepts, seminar materials, and examination tasks for the fields of Human Resources Management and Learning & Development. Regular written feedback to students – formulated precisely, constructively, and appropriately for the recipient.

Responsibility for strategy, conception, and management of learning portfolios and development offers in an international corporate environment. In this role, drafting and revising concept documents, project reports, seminar materials, and internal communication in German and English were part of the daily routine – as was linguistic feedback to internal and external authors and trainers.

In addition, creation of marketing texts to present the service portfolio in flyers, intranet, and catalogs, as well as responsibility for change communication in complex change projects – formulated in a target-group-oriented, clear, and impact-driven manner.
