Context: SoLocal (formerly Pages Jaunes) is a company that handles the referencing of private and professional contact details on a digital platform. This mission took place within the Austrian subsidiary of the group. Under the responsibility of a Project Manager, I was in contact with support and development teams and with group stakeholders (product managers, technical partners, etc.) in France and Europe. I participated in the development of an application that allows professionals to manage their online presence in order to improve it. My objective was to improve user journeys on the application, while ensuring optimal functioning of the features.
