Mission:

• Maintenance and management of the Microsoft 365 platform, including scheduled maintenance, updates, patches, migrations, consolidations, and deployments.

• Configuration and management of a hybrid Microsoft 365 provisioning platform, with expertise in integrated Cloud and On-premises environments.

• Level 3/4 support for resolving complex Microsoft 365 related incidents, in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

• Proactive collaboration with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to assess security threats, implement countermeasures, and ensure compliance with group policies.

• Management of mailbox migrations to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online and Exchange On-premises) and user support in adopting Microsoft 365 solutions (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).

• Maintenance and updating of operational procedures, technical and functional documentation related to the Microsoft 365 environment.

• Active participation in application integration projects (digitalization, integration of webparts or chatbots) in collaboration with virtual teams.

• Proactive monitoring of the security and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment's availability in accordance with legal obligations and group recommendations.

• Management of subscriptions, licenses, and optimization of Microsoft 365 functionalities according to business needs.

• Technological watch on Microsoft 365 evolutions to anticipate potential impacts on the existing infrastructure.
