My style is to take a deep dive into the critical technical details & derive an overall picture from them. This allows the important & correct decisions to be made. This usually happens quite quickly and brings my clients immense added value. The doing is "hands-on"; I need to be present during commissioning, for example, so I can see potential effects that perhaps no one else has on their radar. I like to involve my team in this, and I see myself in this role as a role model, not just me.

About me:

I have been working as a freelancer for about 20 years, mainly in the automotive industry. There I have developed and calibrated various powertrains and created corresponding ECU software, mostly for combustion engines, but also for inverters.

However, I have also particularly enjoyed other projects outside the automotive environment, some of which I have initiated, especially in the areas of energy efficiency or intelligent control.

In my approach, I am a problem solver and often a pragmatist, but at the same time, I apply broad and deep theoretical knowledge and do not shy away from pursuing new solutions and implementing unconventional approaches. This is also evident in the numerous research projects I have initiated myself and the solutions developed, which consistently delight my clients.
