How do you run tests? I use an app called Intelligems. I'll basically create a copy of your live theme, implement the changes on that duplicate, and then run the test against your live theme. You'll have clear, easy-to-digest live data.

How do you find tests specific to my store? I'll find your conversion leaks in your data (Analytics, Clarity, Review mining, and surveys).

How long does an A/B test usually run? It depends on your store's traffic and the amount of data needed to reach statistical significance. Typically, it's 2 to 4 weeks. For high-traffic websites, it can be as short as 1 week.
