My role as CTO and Co-founder at Beswib allowed me to lead the creation of a C2C platform from A to Z. I was the driving force on the technical side, with a particular focus on everything the user sees and interacts with.

In close collaboration with my partner, I took charge of the design, development, and optimization of the entire product. My main responsibilities included:

Front-End & UX/UI Lead: I designed and developed the complete user interface with Next.js 15, React 19, and Tailwind CSS. My goal was to provide an intuitive and fluid user experience, with particular attention to design and animations.

Product & Technical Strategy: I managed the product from initial concept to launch, ensuring the platform met the needs of both runners and organizers.

Optimization & Quality: I implemented internationalization (9 languages) and SEO optimizations to ensure global visibility. I also used Vitest and ESLint to guarantee high-quality and reliable code.

This experience allowed me to combine development skills with a strategic vision to create a complete, market-ready product while managing the project lifecycle.

As CTO of Neova Protocol, I led the complete overhaul of the company's technical infrastructure. I inherited a project with two years of technical debt and a massive, unmanageable infrastructure. My first major initiative was to lead the refactoring of our entire backend, which involved migrating fifteen microservices from a complex Kubernetes configuration to a more agile and scalable PaaS (Coolify) platform.

I designed and implemented a new architecture that not only resolved long-standing issues but also established a more robust and efficient system for our small team. I was also responsible for developing a new application for our backend to manage Neova Points, a central element of our tokenomics.

Alongside my best friend, Bréval, I led our team through this large-scale architectural migration and refactoring. To ensure the project's sustainability, I also initiated the creation of comprehensive documentation for all our microservices, facilitating the onboarding of future developers.

My experience at Neova Protocol focused on strategic technical leadership, from making key decisions about our infrastructure and architecture to solving complex problems and mentoring a small team.
