Co-founded and lead the technology and product function for a SaaS group digitising the collection, testing, interpretation and reporting of health data across human travel health, animal health (livestock and pets) and cancer-screening journeys.

- Lead a 7-person product and engineering team (senior, backend, frontend and QA).

- Built the platform on Microsoft Azure with DevOps CI/CD; introduced AI to improve efficiency while keeping the team lean.

- Implemented and maintain ISO 27001 single-handedly, running the audits in-house.

- Stay close to the product through hands-on QA and quality oversight (without sitting in the codebase).

Provide technical and product governance guidance to a company developing a pancreatic-cancer screening test; the PRX-Health platform supports the Procyon screening journey.

Co-founded and led the technology for a COVID-19 testing service that digitised the end-to-end patient journey, replacing a paper process with online forms, sample-to-lab routing and digital results.

- Underpinned a £100m+ testing operation for a high-street partner;~2.5M tests in ~18 months.

- Integrated with **five of the UK's largest labs**, each a bespoke integration **live within days**; partner live in **~4 weeks**.

- Ran a high-availability, high-throughput platform handling tens of thousands of tests in peak weeks, delivered by a single developer under my direction.
