Survey and analysis of processes related to monthly accounting closing tasks with the aim of eliminating or reducing non-value-added operational times. Analysis of databases (with over 20M transactions) and interface between systems using Easymorph and SQL tools. We classified the main root causes and defined a new logic for the monthly calculation of material physical movements.

Self-Survey Workshop to evaluate and document the As-Is processes, time distribution, frequency, and job profile. Identification and characterization of improvement opportunities. Estimation of potential time/effort savings. Support in defining job requirements, based on a benchmarking study, and in designing the implementation roadmap for the identified opportunities.
