I implement and maintain marketing and operations automations with Zapier to improve lead, purchase, and access management.

I build flows for: tagging and segmentation in email marketing platforms, synchronization between tools, Slack notifications, and fulfillment/offer access automations (with logic for delays, filters, and duplicate control).

I perform debugging and monitoring of Zaps, adjustments for real client cases, and documentation for the team. Result: fewer manual tasks, greater reliability, and faster response times to incidents.

I designed and implemented an automatic contract and addendum generation system in Google Workspace using Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.

I built logic for templates, placeholders, pivot tables, validations, and consistent formatting for legal documents, including handling special scenarios and error control. I implemented a robust flow to produce documents by ID, maintain traceability, and reduce manual work.

Delivery with QA, usage documentation, and handover so the team can operate and adjust the system.

I implemented and optimized a WhatsApp support and sales bot using WATI, integrated with Shopify and Zapier to automate data capture (name, email, phone), contact segmentation, and flow activation (coupons, support, follow-up). I designed webhooks/JSON and validations to handle cases where the user does not share an email, preventing failures and duplicates. I adjusted trigger logic, origin rules (landing pages), and fallbacks to reduce repeated questions and improve customer experience. Delivery with testing, monitoring, and documentation/SOP for operation and maintenance.
