I manage last-mile operations, ensuring efficient and punctual deliveries. I am responsible for coordinating and tracking the entire process, from internal management to final customer delivery. I also seek and manage new clients to expand operations and improve offered services. I have led process optimization, implementing solutions to increase efficiency. Delivery route optimization has been key to reducing costs and improving times. Additionally, I conduct continuous cost analyses and develop strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

I made strategic decisions to optimize logistics processes, reducing waiting times and improving synchronization with production lines. I managed the receiving and warehouse area with a capacity for 15,000 pallets and over 1,000 SKUs, ensuring efficient supply for a monthly production of 30,000 washing machines. I was responsible for the comprehensive management of budgets, inventories, and work teams, focusing on cost analysis and operational improvements. I coordinated outsourced warehouses and planned the daily flow of up to 20 trucks, in addition to directing import logistics management in close collaboration with Customs and fiscal warehouses to ensure the uninterrupted flow of materials to our production plant.

I was responsible for coordinating the storage and transport of liquids, including dangerous goods such as fuels, alcohols, and oils via tanker trucks, ensuring compliance with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) regulations for safe transport. I also managed the international transport of fuels in MERCOSUR and a fleet of 200 trucks, facilitating the monthly movement of 30,000 m3 of product. Furthermore, I was responsible for warehouse operations, loading and unloading at the company's port terminal and expanded the supplier portfolio, generating new business opportunities for the company.
