• Make financial projections and project estimates by analyzing advantages, disadvantages, priorities, risks, opportunities, and constraints in the short, medium, and long term.

• Preparation and presentation of management reports to track results against financial objectives.

• Support financial analysis, as needed, in the context of special transactions, new ventures, new projects, contracts, financing impacts, which add value and support decision-making.

• Control and monitor the billing process for SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs, as well as the payment of suppliers and company clients.

• Monitor and control the resources necessary for the project for its proper development.

• Update, secure, and control project documentation.

• Constant communication with the client, managers, coordinators, and other areas involved in project management.

• Coordinate and lead work teams in all aspects of project planning, management, or operation.
