Development of a professional website for a local business

I designed and developed a modern and responsive website for a local business, focused on improving its digital presence and offering a clear and accessible user experience.

The project included the complete structure of the site, optimization for mobile devices, clean visual design, and improvements in performance and accessibility. Content organization was also worked on to facilitate navigation and clearly convey the business's services.

Technologies used: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend development best practices.

The result is a fast website, adaptable to any device, and prepared for search engine positioning.

During my time managing a group of stores, I was responsible for overseeing operations, developing key talent, and ensuring the achievement of financial and operational objectives.

I focused on the strategic selection and development of store teams, including the training and support of Store Managers and Senior Store Managers. Additionally, I constantly monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational efficiency and foster business growth.

Thanks to management focused on leadership and team development, we achieved the established financial goals and obtained the group's annual incentives, while increasing team satisfaction and commitment.

Responsible for the comprehensive management of the store, including team coordination, shift organization, and vacation planning to ensure efficient business operation.

My main responsibilities included supervising adequate product stocking, developing and training the team to improve their skills and knowledge, as well as detailed sales analysis to support strategic decision-making aimed at improving store performance.
