Central logistics for a major player in Swiss optics, managing a catalog of 9,364 logistics SKUs (glasses, lenses, care products, medical products including cold chain).

Daily activities in e-commerce and retail logistics:

• 500 to 600 logistics packages shipped per day on average

• Up to 1,700 packages/day during peak logistics periods

• Logistics receiving, quality control, order picking, shipping, cross-docking

• FIFO and logistics quality procedures under ISO standards

Logistics organization and continuous improvement:

• Evolved within a logistics team of over 20 operational staff (2 logistics teams of 12 people + supervision)
