Responsibilities:

Development of client-specific automatic enrichment features by integrating with the standard module, including invoice/order/receipt reconciliation.

Implementation of business rules for accounting and analytical validation: tax code checks, price/quantity variance calculations, amount consistency verification, approval workflow management, etc.

Analysis and resolution of bugs affecting the invoice processing workflow.

Configuration and initialization of projects for new clients, including setting up multi-level approval circuits and routing matrices.

Migration of clients to new product versions with adaptation of existing specific features.

Level 3 support for bug analysis and correction.

Project: Visiologic is an application that optimizes Cisco videoconferencing terminals, offering features for terminal management, analysis, macros, tracking, and booking. It allows for real-time terminal management, analysis of usage data, and creation of custom macros.

Missions:

Development of an automated process using Spring Batch, including periodic checks of Cisco devices and generation of alerts for technical or network issues.

Design and implementation of features to improve the efficiency of preventive visits, thus enabling more effective maintenance of Cisco devices.

Contribution to improving software reliability and performance by resolving existing bugs.

Creation of custom applications to simplify preventive visits and automate their deployment on Cisco terminals via Visiologic.
