Andrei Muntean

As an experienced marketing specialist, I began my career in classic offline marketing on the agency side, then expanded my digital experience throughout my professional career and strengthened my affinity for digital.

Since November 2016, I have been working as a freelance marketing consultant, building several Amazon stores for clients and advising companies in the retail and FMCG sectors in the areas of new media, CRM, sales, and customer loyalty. I have also developed growth and CRM strategies for Streamheroes and created social concepts for community engagement. For meinzuhauseundich.de, I was responsible for developing the marketing strategy, ad management, lead generation, and performance marketing on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I also took over social media management, implemented operational planning and content creation for posts, and introduced HubSpot, including planning, data migration, and process definitions.

As the founder and product owner of WOCOO.TV, I designed the concept, business plan, and go-to-market strategy for this new social media platform in the video-on-demand sector. I also led performance marketing for WOCOO.TV, increasing the user base from 0 to over 115,000 since February 2022 and reducing the acquisition cost to €0.11. The platform's most important feature is the unique combination of social media and CRM through gamification.

I have worked internationally for almost my entire career: 3.5 years on the agency side for major brands such as Danone in Austria and Slovenia and Persil in the CEE region, responsible for up to 29 countries; on the client side for 2.5 years for BILLA CEE, responsible for 7 countries; and 2 years in post-production for film, responsible for international film projects.
