I help banks, card issuers, acquirers and fintechs deliver payments and card-platform

projects on time, in scope and within regulatory constraints — without reinventing the

wheel on custom builds.

Over 15 years in the card payments industry across merchant acquiring, card issuing,

scheme compliance (Visa, Mastercard) and payment technology, I act as the bridge between

business stakeholders, technical teams and clients — running discovery workshops,

producing impact assessments across downstream systems, and turning technical specs

(APIs, message flows, file interfaces) into delivery plans that hold.

Recent results:

- Led PMO and delivery for UP Romania's MultiBenefits platform integration across 5 CEE

markets, owning a >1M EUR CAPEX/OPEX budget and a portfolio of 10+ projects worth

~5M EUR/year.

- Standardized card acquiring & issuing platform rollouts across 5 CEE markets for BNP

Paribas, as primary client-facing contact, with a 0.75M+ EUR yearly budget.

- Delivered 2 successive core banking migrations for Intesa Sanpaolo Card Romania,

migrating all card products successfully.

Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, PSM I, DSDM Agile Practitioner and ITIL V4 Foundation.

Comfortable leading on-site or fully remote engagements, and open to international travel.
