With over 3 years of experience in coaching and team facilitation, as well as 10 years of development experience on IT projects, I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by each role within a development team.

I have significant experience with Scrum and SAFe frameworks, but I can also assist teams who prefer to develop their own work processes (such as those based on Kanban).
