For over 15 years, I've worked in depth with both the .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET, Blazor) and the modern JavaScript stack (TypeScript, Vue, Angular, React, Next.js, Node). This dual fluency is usually exactly what modernization projects in medium-sized businesses need.

What I specifically do:

Modernize legacy web stacks (ASP.NET MVC/WebForms → Blazor + React/TypeScript hybrids) — without a big bang rewrite

Untangle performance and scaling issues in established systems

Design and build new web modules that integrate cleanly into existing ERP, identity, and backoffice worlds

Collaborate as an embedded senior within internal teams: code, reviews, architecture sparring, mentoring

How we work together:

Modernization Sprint — 4–8 weeks, focused on a specific piece

Embedded Senior — 10–20h/week ongoing, monthly flat rate

Greenfield Module — Sprint-based new build with a cost cap

What I am not: AI consultant, MVP workshop for pre-seed startups, or slide-deck consultant. I write code. I take responsibility. And I speak both engineer and executive language.

Working style: 100% remote, Async-First — and location-independent. German and English equally.
