Provides digital back-office infrastructure for German medical practices: practice software integration (Tomedo), e-prescription processing, and preparation of medical billing. Since April 2025, full back-office outsourcing for a German MVZ (Medical Care Center) and affiliated practices; end-to-end patient management with a small remote team in Portugal. Achieved 2.4x output per employee compared to the client's internal staff: a 2-person team processed ~13,200 cases per quarter (vs. ~2,790 per internal employee); throughput increased by approx. 56% over three quarters. Responsible for German-speaking patient and customer support (phone/email): handled inquiries, orders, and complaints, coordinated with practices, resolved cases end-to-end in compliance with GDPR. Automated recurring document, form, and back-office workflows using scripting, text expansion macros (Keyboard Maestro, aText), and AI tools; reduced processing time, standardized output. Launched two additional ventures in 2026: AiCuro (medical care, Porto) and SolCraft (SaaS web platform).

Managed a mobile field service team of 8-12 medical assistants and nurses (NäPA) who conducted delegated home visits on behalf of medical practices. Responsible for daily coordination: route planning, task distribution, shift scheduling; recruited and onboarded new employees; maintained service stability despite ongoing turnover. Digitized manual field service and planning processes – the foundation for the founding of Medicore and its transition into a structured outsourcing partnership (April 2025).

Managed a residential ward, including staff leadership, shift planning, and training of apprentices.
