- Study and implementation of the takeover of HRIS support activities for subsidiaries in Africa, America, Middle East to the Head Office IT Department

• Audit of the existing system: (Technical and functional architecture, Organization/Processes/Volume of support.

• Inventory of technical and functional documentation for HRIS and definition of prerequisites for operational deployment according to IT Department standards.

• Gap analysis, formulation of recommendations for improving the reliability and security of support and maintenance procedures, as well as the preliminary harmonization of the 50 servers required for their industrial operation.
