As part of the launch of the CodingFactory code school by Itescia, I participate in the launch and implementation of the school through various actions:

- Definition and implementation of the eduScrum method for the entire school (the first school in the world to have full eduScrum teaching)

- Definition of part of the educational program for Bac+3

- Reflection and definition of a workspace dedicated to students: the OpenSpace for coders, a place entirely open to students without any partitions to encourage their exchanges
