Implementation of a transformation project to Power BI in an industrialized approach, replacing Cognos BI:
• Setup of a Power BI pilot to demonstrate the tool's functionalities
• Drafting a detailed technical and functional presentation of the tool, and promoting it to the Executive Committee
• Definition of the target architecture, considering the existing Cognos setup, the implemented modeling, security and GDPR constraints, and existing IT processes (hybrid and middle office architecture)
• Support for the business unit in understanding and industrially using Power BI
• Industrialization of the pilot in an initial project phase and estimation of the workload for the entire transformation project
• Recruitment, setup, and supervision of the team (up to 10 people)
• Industrialization of data refresh and deployment processes using Power BI APIs

Study for the implementation of an enterprise-wide Data Lake to achieve a 360-degree view of activities:
• Analysis and collection of business use cases. Over 20 workshops prepared and organized across all group business units, with provision of a preparatory questionnaire, facilitated via a remote collaborative tool.
• Identification, prioritization, and evolution of use cases in terms of ROI using a dedicated matrix.
• Preparation and facilitation of workshops with Framatome's technical teams to capture constraints related to the IS, cybersecurity, and data security to be integrated into the platform.
• Formalization of business conclusions.
• Acculturation to technical concepts (writing a wiki) and support for business teams in understanding the terms and challenges of such a platform.
• Formalization of risks and challenges.
• Definition of several architecture scenarios based on constraints and use cases, with a macro estimate of associated implementation and run costs for each scenario. 3 scenarios considered: On-Premise, Azure Cloud, or hybrid.
• Definition and proposal of the governance associated with the Data Lake.
• Presentation and summary to ExCo members.
