Over the past 6 years, I've worked in the medical insurance sector, where I led the coordination of add-on services across a sales force of 800+ executives in 3 regions. This included designing multichannel cross-selling campaigns, building AI-powered chatbot flows (WhatsApp), managing HubSpot CRM with data profiling and fuzzy matching, and creating all sales enablement materials for the commercial team.

I also hold a Master's degree in Event Management from Spain, which allows me to coordinate corporate events, product launches, and activations with a full-picture approach — from marketing strategy to logistics and production.
