I am a qualified business information scientist (FH) with over 10 years of practical experience in agile environments. I have primarily worked as a Product Owner and SCRUM Master. I started my career as an (agile) software developer and am responsible as a consultant and coach for agile project management for the introduction and optimization of agile software development processes. I have gained extensive experience through various projects in different industries, both domestically and internationally.

I have led several mixed and remote teams and successfully completed various projects in different industries. I have also worked outside of Germany, so I am very familiar with the challenges of global information technology and can bring this expertise to all my projects.
