As a product manager at Oui.Sncf, I was responsible for:

- Defining and prioritizing product evolutions over 3/6/9 months (UX, UI, product management strategy, business needs, partners)

- Supervising development and delivery (Jira)

- Analyzing user behaviors (ABTest, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, user testing)

- Providing reporting at the team, product domain, and product management level

- Leading demonstrations

- Providing feedback on new features over several months

Working directly with the compliance department, I manage IT projects from the opportunity phase to implementation and then during the run phase.

Two or three projects were entrusted to me:

- Communication portal on compliance and applicable regulations for all Société Générale group employees (Agile Scrum methodology)

- GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) platform

- Declaration and control of anti-money laundering questionnaires

The first project is a digital IT portal with a UX Design first approach. It was designed for and with end-users.

The second is a GRC platform implemented using packaged software and hosted within Société Générale.

Open-source or packaged software projects in an internal cloud environment (Centos/RedHat/Windows Server) and public AWS cloud (hybrid).

Technical environment: Java spring SOA platform, Node and React front-end, Ansible & Openshift Docker deployment, Invision UX.

Business analysis and project development for the launch of a new B2C product for the "Uberization" of the mechanic profession:

- Business Management: defining customer needs, proposing digital and functional solutions, suggesting user experience, competitor analysis, budget management, subcontractor monitoring. Italian and Spanish clients.

- Project Management: managing schedules, resources in Vietnam and India, writing specifications.

- Project Context and Scope: collaborative economy web application in the automotive sector. Scope focused on customer journey, customer area, marketing automation, referral programs, promotions, business tools.
