In an internationally operating company, I took on the comprehensive tasks of a safety engineer as well as the role of the Responsible Electrical Craftsman at a central location. In this dual role, I was responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the operational electrical organization as well as the implementation of safety-related standards and processes.

I developed a structured training concept for electrically instructed persons (EuP), electrical specialists (EFK), and electrically qualified persons (EFbP), which I successfully introduced and regularly evaluated. The practice-oriented implementation contributed significantly to strengthening the safety culture and expertise.

As a safety engineer, I took the lead in implementing the international standard ISO 45001. This included the introduction and optimization of processes in the areas of hazardous substances, pyrotechnics, machine safety, as well as safety-related assessments during the procurement of technical equipment. I also initiated measures for hazard assessment and risk mitigation and integrated them sustainably into the operational management system.

In the course of establishing an integrated management system, I initiated and coordinated direct measures to improve occupational and plant safety, in close coordination with international departments.

Furthermore, I work as a certified internal auditor for the standards ISO 45001, ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 50001 (Energy Management). In this role, I actively support international locations with audits and management reviews for compliance with and further development of global standards.
