Andreas Lorich

As an interim manager, I have managed or supported numerous change projects in corporations and medium-sized companies. Tasks included reorganizing internal development departments, cost reduction measures in product development, introducing agile project structures, process optimization, setting up a PMO structure, project management, and establishing and moderating a committee structure from development to the board.

During my 15 years as an employed executive in the automotive industry, including 4 years in the USA, I held positions such as "Managing Director for Human Resources and Sales" (30 employees), where adapting the service offering and introducing short-time work were particular challenges. As "Vice President of Operations" (USA, 60 employees), I was responsible for integration into the German group. In the role of "Head of Vehicle Development" (270 employees), I was fully responsible for the department, drove the development of personnel and structure, and served as Program Manager in a customer project.

Based on my degrees in Vehicle Technology and Business Administration, I regularly pursue further training in topics such as strategy development and implementation (Junior Business School St. Gallen), CIP moderation (Volkswagen), Leading SAFe (SAFe Agile), and Systemic Coaching and Change Management (University of Cologne).

Personally, I am characterized by a team-oriented and independent working style. I enjoy approaching people and am a creative specialist for change. I tackle projects analytically and goal-oriented, inspire myself and others for complex and new tasks, and thus lead projects to success, from cooperative to assertive.

I consistently follow up on tasks, ensure reliable quality of results, and thus create transparency for all stakeholders.
