In various management functions, I was responsible for entire sites, service providers, or companies.

Particularly in difficult situations, whether during crises like floods, storms, IT failures, or similar, as well as radical personnel changes, I was able to convince with my crisis management, task force leadership, and responsible management skills, combining empathy with goal-oriented approaches.

Full customer service responsibility for all online services, landline, all value-added services, as well as the Yellow and White Pages.

This meant transforming the regional services from the existing structures of the former Post & Telekom (Hrvatska pošte i telekomunikacija) into a central and regional organization of the newly founded Telekom.
