Andreas Hochgesang

I am Andreas Hochgesang, a self-employed service provider from Norderstedt with many years of experience in web design (WordPress since 2005), print design, IT consulting, and data protection. Under the name Agentur HOCHGESANG, I offer a broad spectrum of services from a single source – from the initial idea to the finished implementation.

In web design, I create professional websites, online shops, and social media presences, individually tailored to the needs of my clients. I primarily work with WordPress and focus on appealing design, technical reliability, and clear user navigation. Accessibility is not an add-on – it's an integral part of the design process from the start, in accordance with WCAG guidelines and the EU Accessibility Directive. Additionally, I develop form systems for orders, reservations, and secure payment processing – integrated into WordPress and WooCommerce.

In social media marketing, I support clients in building presences and developing target-group-oriented content.

In print design, I ensure that clients also make a professional impression in print with business cards, flyers, and brochures.

As an IT consultant, I assist with hardware and software issues and support the implementation of suitable technical solutions.

As a certified data protection officer, I advise on GDPR requirements and data security – minimizing legal risks and strengthening customer trust.

My clients are mainly SMEs, associations, and political parties looking for a reliable contact person for their digital and print communication. I work solution-oriented, on time, and with the goal of finding the best possible solution for everyone.

In my role at Huma Ambulante Pflege GmbH – a home care provider with around 40 employees in Berlin – I was responsible for the complete redesign of the company's website and all external communications.

My tasks included the conceptual and design development of the new website, the creation of flyers including text design, and press and public relations work. Furthermore, I negotiated with doctors, authorities, and housing associations to strengthen the company's visibility and network in the region.
