Keynotes and impulse lectures on all topics of learning and human resources development, including in 2024 an impulse lecture to 1,100 managers of a DAX corporation as an introduction to the first "Learning Day" and various other lectures. Since 2011, creation of media: 2 blogs "Classic Cars News" and "Morgan News" until the GDPR came into effect, during Corona podcaster "Lifelong Learning - the podcast for learners, teachers and companies (40 episodes in total), writing as a trade journalist for various books and magazine articles - especially in the "Classic Automobiles" sector. Latest book "The best tips for lifelong learning". Current book project with the working title "Lehre 4.0" (Teaching 4.0). Parallel work as a management consultant (learning coaching for companies). Through "Learning Process Planning" and "Learning Process Support", we optimize your training and human resources development investments and ensure greater sustainability. With the topic "Learning from the perspective of the teachers", we address trainers and instructors in companies as well as employees of further education providers; lecturers, but also coaches and teachers. We comprehensively prepare them for their new roles and for dealing with digital/virtual tools and the use of AI. We advise companies on the planning and implementation of both analog and digital learning formats – always with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.

Lecture tours throughout Germany with up to four 2-hour lectures per week and 400 listeners. A total of 430 lectures were given during this period.
