My resume only tells part of my story.

For over eight years, I was self-employed in the gastronomy industry. During this time, I learned how companies really function in everyday life, but also where they frequently reach their limits. Lack of structures, inefficient processes, high operational pressure, and too little time for actual business development.

It is precisely these experiences that shape my work as a consultant today.

I support small and medium-sized enterprises in analyzing processes, building structures, and implementing digitalization where it creates real added value. The goal is not to introduce as many tools as possible, but to noticeably relieve companies and create sustainable improvements.

Through my work in an agency, I combine strategic consulting with practical implementation. In addition to digitalization and process optimization, marketing, communication, and positioning are therefore also part of my daily work, always with an eye on the big picture.

I work analytically, pragmatically, and at eye level. My goal is to develop solutions together with my clients that not only work on paper but also prove themselves in everyday life.
