As a freelancer, I support organizations with infrastructure, digitalization, and rollout projects — structured, pragmatic, and with a clear focus on sustainable results. I bring projects to success even when initiatives are stalled or classic approaches no longer lead forward.

For over 20 years, I have been involved in IT projects across various industries, including banking, insurance, telecommunications, as well as medium-sized companies, corporations, and start-ups. This experience enables me to quickly familiarize myself with existing structures, recognize interrelationships, and implement effective solutions.

My approach: understand, tackle, and implement. I analyze structures and processes, question established procedures, and develop solutions that are technically sound and economically viable — from analysis to implementation, including hands-on.
