DACH region: I work fully remotely for banking mandates in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, invoicing in EUR at market-competitive daily rates. On-site block days at the client's location (Zurich, Basel, Frankfurt, Cologne, Munich, or others) are possible at any time by arrangement.

I am the founder and managing director of Mainition, a company specializing in AI agents and AI-powered software development with a focus on sales automation in the banking and insurance sectors. In this role, I develop and implement productive agent-based AI systems together with clients.

In parallel, I audit or support AI transformation and data science initiatives in complex corporate environments. After my PhD in autonomous driving in 2017, I was employed for 8 years at an IT management consultancy, where I built up the AI division and supported banks and stock exchanges in the in-house development of core enterprise IT systems.

I have extensive hands-on experience across the entire software and AI lifecycle – from the big picture to concrete implementation, including architecture, team enablement and targeted competence building within the team, implementation, as well as governance and compliance.
