    I launched Greenit Community, the "Marmiton" for everyday products (referencing DIY recipes from the community: laundry detergent, shampoo, cream, oral care...). We were supported by one of the co-founders of Marmiton.

    Launched in May 2022, the project reached 12,000 users/month after 5 months online. We list over 300 recipes and have over 400 active accounts.

    - Scrum Master / Management and recruitment of 5 people: collaboration with two software engineers, one UX Designer, and one PM. Implementation of agile methodology, ticket creation, workflow improvement, team performance monitoring, sprint objective definition, sprint retrospectives and reviews.

    - Product Strategy: Responsible for product design through to deployment on the website. Website launch in January then May 2022. Vision, Mission, User Needs, 6-month Roadmap, Product Improvement through lean development. Strategic decisions based on website data, social media, and user interviews. Partnership with over 5 ingredient supplier brands (MyCosmetik, JoliEssence, Cosmaé, Bioflore, Youkoumi).
