I combine over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition with training as a Professional Ontological Coach (ICF Level 2) and systemic coaching. This allows me to work on both the structural aspects of an organization (recruitment processes, HR systems, organizational development) and the relational aspects (partnerships, role clarity, difficult conversations that are postponed and end up affecting the business).

What sets me apart: I don't separate the business from the people who sustain it. I have worked on the "hard" side of HR (payroll system implementation, end-to-end recruitment processes, talent assessment) and on the executive and systemic support side. Few profiles cover both.
