Responsible for the design of experience and interface for Fursan, the leading flight and hotel booking platform in Saudi Arabia. My work focused on transforming complex booking processes into intuitive and efficient digital flows for an international audience.

- Conceptualization and design of complete interfaces for Desktop, Mobile Web, and native Apps (iOS and Android), adapting the experience to the particularities of each device.

- Comprehensive improvement of the user experience (UX) through the redesign of critical navigation flows, reducing friction in search and checkout processes.

- Creation of high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for mobile applications and desktop environment.

- Application of best design practices to optimize user navigation in booking tourist services in the Middle East.

I was part of the digital product team at a consolidated branding agency, participating in the complete design cycle for high-impact e-commerce projects. My role consisted of translating the visual identity of recognized brands into functional, intuitive, and conversion-oriented shopping experiences.

- Execution of research phases through competitive benchmarking and definition of information architecture (Sitemaps) to optimize the Customer Journey.

- Creation of Wireframes (Desktop & Mobile) focused on usability and content hierarchy before the visual phase.

- Development of the final interface (UI), integrating the brand values from the graphic design team to ensure a coherent and aesthetic brand experience.

- Active participation in presenting and defending proposals to final clients, justifying design decisions based on data and business objectives.

I collaborated in the evolution of the platform's two native applications (Beauty as a Service), working under the mentorship of reference Senior profiles. My role focused on continuous product iteration to elevate usability standards and user satisfaction.

- Identification of friction points in existing screens and development of redesign proposals to improve user retention.

- Analysis and optimization of user journeys within the App, simplifying complex service booking processes.

- Improvement of the user communication system through the redesign of success, error, and loading state messages, humanizing the digital experience.

- Direct work with Product Managers and Developers to understand technical limitations and ensure design proposals were implementable and efficient.

- Execution of the visual and functional redesign of the applications, transforming outdated interfaces into modern, clean experiences aligned with current industry trends in the beauty sector.
