Managed and developed the partner network by selling call tracking solutions to communication agencies (indirect/referral model). Negotiated and signed framework agreements with major national agencies as well as a portfolio of regional partners. Actively collaborated with the CSO on the overall sales strategy, contributing to a +25% growth in annual revenue over a 2-year period (from €800k to €1M). Ensured rigorous follow-up of the sales pipeline and conducted an average of 5 follow-up or closing meetings per week.

I co-founded and coordinated a student creative studio, leading a team of up to 8 people towards a common goal: the production of a video game.

My role was coordination: allocating tasks among diverse profiles (development, design, 2D, animation), organizing and leading meetings, tracking deliverable progress, and keeping the team aligned in a no-budget context, where everyone's commitment relied on motivation.

This is where I learned the core of the coordinator's job: sustaining a collective project over time, managing priorities and unforeseen events, and transforming a team's efforts into a concrete result.

Within this independent studio, I contributed to the crowdfunding strategy and communication of the project. I participated in the deployment of crowdfunding campaigns (Kickstarter, Patreon): preparing content, structuring tiers, and managing the campaign with the community.

In parallel, I managed the project's presence on social media and online communities (Discord, Reddit, Instagram): publishing content, engaging with members, and interacting with them to maintain engagement around the project.

This experience taught me how to mobilize a community around a concrete goal and coordinate communication and funding on various platforms.
