As a project manager, I lead interior design projects in the tertiary sector, on surfaces ranging from 200 to 4,000 m². My role covers the entire process, from the design phase to the handover of keys, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality standards of each project.

My responsibilities include:

Overall Project Management:Monitoring the progress of the project from the design phase to the final delivery, with constant attention to customer satisfaction and compliance with the requirements of the specifications.

Coordination of Internal Teams and External Providers:Collaboration with teams of designers, architects, and engineers as well as with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure effective synergy and rigorous monitoring of each step.

Supervision of Works:Organization and control of the site, management of unforeseen events, and adaptation of solutions to maintain the coherence of the project and ensure its completion within the allotted time.

Delivery and Handover of Keys:Organization of the closing phase, including final checks, adjustment of the last details, and handover of turnkey spaces to the client.

My expertise allows me to manage large-scale tertiary development projects by ensuring optimal coordination between all stakeholders to offer functional and aesthetic spaces that meet the needs of each client.

Within a furniture publisher and distributor, I held a position for nearly a year where I managed the budgets of development projects, monitored market trends, and created graphic materials for project communication.

Main missions:

Budget Management:Monitoring budgets allocated to development projects, with rigorous cost control to ensure compliance with defined budget envelopes.

Sector Monitoring:Analysis of market trends and new developments in furniture, in order to propose adapted and innovative solutions.

Creation of Graphic Pieces:Development of visual documents and presentation materials to enhance furniture proposals and development concepts.

Furniture Layout in 2D:Realization of 2D layout plans to optimize space and ensure a harmonious and functional arrangement.

This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in project management and layout plan design, while developing expertise in the design furniture sector.

Within a company specializing in the renovation and decoration of interiors for private clients in the Paris region, I participated in numerous projects to transform houses and apartments. My role was to ensure the visual and technical design of spaces, creating presentation tools that facilitated communication of the project with clients.

Main responsibilities:

Creation of 2D Plans:Realization of technical plans to structure spaces and ensure functional and aesthetic arrangements.

3D Visuals and Photo-realistic Renderings:Design of 3D visuals to help clients project themselves into their future interior and make the most informed choices.

Mood Boards and Graphic Documents:Development of inspiring mood boards and graphic presentations to communicate the atmospheres, materials, and colors considered.

Visual Communication Materials:Development of various graphic pieces to present the concepts and allow a coherent visualization of the project at each stage.

This experience allowed me to perfect my skills in visual design and interior decoration, with a focus on listening to and supporting individual clients for tailor-made realizations that are faithful to their expectations.
