Objective: To develop Simplon Sud's brand awareness in the region and be recognized as a key player in the tech industry.

Methodology: From communication management and coordination to content creation for social media, including event organization and team collaboration.

Result and impact: Harmonized communication (common templates), large-scale events (an AI workshop with Meta, a photoshoot with Yann Arthus-Bertrand), and consistent LinkedIn presence.

Within the team in charge of the mentoring program: recruitment of mentees and mentors, support for mentees and mentors throughout the program (launching cohorts, monitoring pairs, closing cohorts, post-program review), collaboration with the communication department to promote the program, strategic thinking and vision to develop the program, impact measurement.

Responsible for the entire 360° communication strategy of the association, as well as managing one person and cross-functional collaboration with about thirty people: project management such as campaigns, web series, or podcasts, definition and implementation of the global multichannel strategy and programs (PR, digital, partnerships), creation and management of the founder's communication strategy (PR and social media), training the rest of the team (pitching, social media), setting annual and quarterly OKR objectives, communication campaign management, editorial calendar management, corporate event organization (including the association's 10th anniversary), sponsorship management, communication material creation, social media management, impact measurement and analysis.
