Within Mazars' Consulting practice, I focused on Organization & Processes, leading and contributing to projects for clients across banking, insurance, healthcare, retail, and the public sector.

My work concentrated on three areas:

• Organizational redesign; defining operating models, accountability structures (RACI), team sizing, and alignment between business areas and support functions.

• End-to-end process optimization: mapping, identifying friction points, redesigning for operational efficiency and customer experience, and defining performance indicators.

• Change management and sustainability: supporting implementation on the ground, training teams, and designing governance to ensure operational gains lasted beyond project closure.

I worked closely with operational teams and middle management, focused on solutions that could actually be executed by the right people, not just designed on paper.

I founded and ran Management & Capital Advisors, an independent consulting firm focused on Organization & Processes, serving clients across banking, insurance, healthcare, retail, and the public sector.

Beyond the consulting practice itself, which builds on the best of my prior experience at international firms, I took on full responsibility for launching and growing the business: defining the value proposition and market positioning, building and managing the client portfolio, hiring and developing the team, and running the firm's operations and finances.

As a consultant, my work remains focused on three areas:
