Hello,
Throughout my life, my parents taught me the essentials of any business (and many aspects of human relationships): how to treat people. They did so, in large part, from Electroaguirre, our family store of electrical appliances (which, by the way, I recommend you visit). From them I learned that empathy, active listening and honesty are the foundations on which a relationship of trust is built with customers (and with anyone).
Intensity >> Volume. I firmly believe in the difference between deep work and shallow work, and I prioritize quality and focus over the amount of time invested. You won't see me "doing hours for the sake of doing them", but you will see me deliver results.
I am a person of my word. I don't sell smoke. If I commit to doing something, I do it. And if I can't do it, I say so.
If you are looking for someone who lives connected 24/7 or who sacrifices their well-being for work, I am not that person. My mental and physical health are above any delivery or deadline. I deeply admire those who assume great responsibilities and results at any price (and I perfectly understand that this justifies their salary).
