It is thanks to Anca that our company adopted Scrum. Not just implementing techniques, but truly becoming agile. There is still a way to go, but Anca is helping us progress step by step. She knows how to be pragmatic and understands the difficulties we may face, but never loses sight of the essential. She manages her time perfectly and juggles very well between on-site presence and remote work. In short: we are delighted with our collaboration, which has been ongoing for over 6 months!
