Enterprise Performance Management (OneStream) Played a key role in the end-to-end implementation of the OneStream EPM platform, successfully delivering the solution in less than six months. Designed the financial data model, reporting hierarchies, planning scenarios, consolidation structures, and business rules supporting Group Reporting and FP&A. Gathered business requirements and translated them into functional specifications for development and integration teams. Defined data mappings, interface requirements, and validation logic to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting. Collaborated with Finance, IT, and external implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle. EPM Operations & Financial Close Managed OneStream operational activities, including data loads, master data, FX rates, scenario configuration, financial consolidations, and reporting. Performed reconciliations and data quality validation across multiple finance systems to ensure reporting accuracy. Supported historical data migration and ongoing maintenance of the EPM application. Testing, Hypercare & User Adoption Planned and coordinated User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating business processes and system functionality. Provided Hypercare support following go-live, investigating and resolving functional and data-related issues. Designed and delivered workshops and training sessions for more than 120 Finance Controllers, supporting user adoption and ensuring successful rollout across the finance organization. Finance Transformation Supported finance system integrations between SAP, OneStream, and reporting solutions. Contributed to BI reporting migration and finance process optimization initiatives. Acted as the primary functional liaison between Finance, IT, and external implementation partners throughout transformation projects.
