Ana Valverde García

I am Ana Valverde, an architect specializing in project development, technical documentation, BIM methodology, and energy certification. I currently work as a Studies Technician in a construction company, where I participate in the technical and economic analysis of projects, budget preparation, measurements, feasibility studies, and preparation of documentation for tenders and works.

Throughout my professional career, I have collaborated with architecture firms and companies in the construction sector, participating in projects for single-family homes, renovations, tourist facilities, and residential buildings. I have developed complete technical documentation, including basic and execution plans, reports, measurements, construction details, urban planning procedures, and technical project coordination.

Additionally, I create energy certificates using CE3X, preparing technical reports and improvement proposals to optimize the energy efficiency of homes and commercial premises.

I am currently pursuing a Master's in BIM Management, which allows me to apply collaborative methodologies and advanced digital tools to improve project coordination, productivity, and quality.
