Dembou Consulting BE is a Belgian company active in the digitalization of processes. Among other things, we worked with ICT ASSYST for the development of an ERP for supermarket management. Another project involved the digitalization of Soguipah's procedures. This project was supervised by SOCFINCO. We also developed a barcode editing platform for tracking raw materials for MICHELIN. This project was supervised by TROPICORE.

PCCW Global is an international company active in the telecommunications sector. It is a subsidiary of Hong Kong Telecom. PCCW acquired Gateway Communications in Belgium in 2012. As team leader of the network supervision center, my responsibilities are as follows: Management of a team of 10 engineers working 24/7. Development of supervision procedures for several international clients' services. Internal trainer. Project management. I managed the supervision of VERMANTIA's services. Vermantia is a Greek company and a leader in the production of content for television and sports betting companies (real and virtual). For this purpose, I coordinated the commissioning of a link from Athens to Gosselies (Belgium). This link allowed us to connect to Vermantia's equipment hosted in a data center in Athens. I developed the monitoring procedures and action protocols in case of failures. I trained the monitoring team based in Belgium.

Gateway Communications is an international company with an office in Belgium active in the telecommunications sector. The activity consists of offering various African telephone operators access to international services via satellite or fiber optic links. My tasks include supervising various satellite and fiber optic networks, supervising customer services (voice, data), investigating, and implementing corrective measures in case of failures.
