Since 2019, Anass has been managing Data & IT transformation projects, ensuring the strategic framing of Data & AI initiatives in line with business and regulatory requirements. He has held several strategic roles – Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and Project Manager – and is involved in the entire project lifecycle, from strategic definition to operational implementation.

Thanks to his expertise in data, business processes, and facilitation of multidisciplinary workshops (business, data, legal, HR, CFO, innovation), he structures and prioritizes needs while ensuring regulatory compliance. He has worked on developing IT and business roadmaps, writing business cases, user stories, specifications, and functional specifications. He also monitors risks and KPIs and prepares decision-making materials for governance bodies (Executive Committee, Steering Committee, Project Committee).

He has implemented data governance strategies (Data Dictionary, GDPR, data governance) and models financial and operational impacts through BI reports. His expertise covers AI and data in the energy, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors. He is proficient in Agile and V-cycle methodologies, with advanced skills in BI, data visualization, and process optimization.
