• Managed capacity ramp-up (from 12,000 cars per year to 72,000 cars per year in 4 years) for 3 vehicles, respecting objectives (cost, quality, deadlines).

• Responsible for the Citroën Ami Resourcing (continuation of the previous mission): €400 reduction in the price of the Citroën, also impacting 2 other vehicles (Fiat Toppolino, Opel E Rocks) due to 97% common parts between the 3 vehicles.

• Transversal management of about twenty commodity buyers for Resourcing and Capacity.

• Managed supply projects: supplier quality, budgets, risk management, logistics, and engineering.

• Collaboration with engineering and R&D teams: improved manufacturing processes with a 10% efficiency gain.

• Contractual negotiations and workshop facilitation with suppliers.

• In-depth cost analyses and value engineering workshop coordination for various car parts.

• Improvement of supply operations for STELLANTIS in the Middle East and Africa region: ERP system improvements, order flow automation, implementation of supplier review processes, strategic management.

• Responsible for the Dashboard perimeter (€28 million) then exterior accessories (€42 million) – Dacia cars.

• Management of New Sourcing for new Dacia vehicles.

• Responsible for the development and presentation of monthly key performance indicator (KPI) reports and supplier payment delays.
