I was responsible forR&D, designed the technical architecture**, and developed a real estate SaaS web app from **scratchbased on a subscription model. The product automatically aggregates real estate listings from multiple platforms, performsdata scraping via Python scripts**, and automatically calculates the **rental yieldfor offered properties.

I also retrieved and integrated anexhaustive database of real estate prices per square meter for all municipalities in Franceto enrich the analyses provided to users. The enriched listings are then made available to users through anadvanced search enginebuilt on **ElasticSearch**.

I implemented a fullyserverlessinfrastructure based on amicroservicesmethodological approach, usingNodeJSfor the backend andAWSfor cloud infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions). This strategic choice ensured the service's **scalability, performance, cost reduction, and optimal availability**.

Implementation of an MVP for content filtering using artificial intelligence for a startup. Developed in NodeJs TypeScript on the NestJS framework, the artificial intelligence was capable of detecting hateful content in Twitch stream comments to automatically delete them.

I developed custom web applications using technologies such as React/NextJS, Node.js, Python, PHP/Laravel, following best development practices. My work included designing and developing new features, as well as maintaining and improving existing code. I have proven experience in managing SQL and NoSQL databases and integrating third-party APIs. I am accustomed to working using agile development methods.
